Electives Survey

Hey everybody! We are deeply sorry about the long time of no posting!

One of the latest bits of Crocker news is the new schedule! The Crocker staff, faculty, and parents are working to produce a brand new schedule for Crocker! With this schedule, students will have longer math, Spanish, social studies, and elective periods! They are even offering a cool new A-Period for students who want to take more of the many electives! Won’t it be exciting to go back to school in the fall knowing that we will have a new and improved schedule? And another exciting part: new electives!

Recently, all of the seventh and sixth graders took an elective survey about what electives we want to see next year on the new schedule. There are so many new ones! (Don’t worry, HTV and band will still be offered!) All of these electives are amazing and a great opportunity to learn a new skill or pursue a new hobby! A few of these wonderful classes are T-shirt Design, On Broadway, Philosophy of American Football,  R.E.A.D. (Readers Engaged and Discussing), Meditation and Yoga, Science Maniacs, Crocker Radio, Culinary Foods, Introduction to Law, and many, many more!

Candy Grams

Happy Valentine's Day! Who doesn't enjoy some good Candy Grams? Each Crocker student will receive at least three of these cute cards, with the goodies attached. Candy Grams are a great way to thank your friends and show them what they mean to you, or to have a few laughs. You can also send a Candy Gram to your favorite Crocker teachers. I hope all of you hurry to buy your Candy Grams because the sale ends soon. All proceeds will got to the SPCA and Sandy Hooke.

6th grade cotillion

What’s up 6th graders!?  Are you a fan of dancing?   Or are your parents just forcing you to do it?   Well, I’ll tell you what!   Last year only 85%  of sixth graders went to Cotillion classes!   That’s cool but not amazing.  Let’s get OUR 6th grade class to 100%  attendance at Cotillion!

If so, please sign up for basketball tryouts - they're on the 22nd and 24th. Make sure you try out!

GREASE

        Hey Crocker! We are here to inform you about Crocker's new production, Grease. If you are interested  in this summer- loving classic about the 1950's, Come cheer on your classmates and  enjoy a wonderful play while munching on some treats. The shows start the weekend of the 15th and should be a blast!We have interviewed a few people from the cast, including, Chloe, Claire and Rena. They told us that it is hard work but, fun. They also thought that the musical would be a hit! Come on, Crocker and support your school!!
